Talofa lava. Today I learnt to that drugs can help you feel better and if you take your medicine the wrong way then you might get more sick. I enjoyed working in groups and the tricky thing was decision making and thinking about the consequences.

Talofa lava when we had fun ball we had lots of fun we did games like rock paper scissors tic tac toe line tag the last game we played was run the gauntlet then the ugly part was hard we had to do push ups, sit ups and finished with a ten second plank.

Talofa lava today we learnt that a drug can be defined as any chemical substance which alters the way a person's body or mind works.
